Ensure that the platforms of a sub-technique is a superset of those of the parent technique

As a user, I want the application to ensure that the selected platforms of a given sub-technique is a superset of the platforms of the parent technique.

  • [ ] When the platforms of the parent technique is changed, the set of platforms on attached sub-techniques must also be updated.
  • [ ] When editing a sub-technique, ensure that the platforms of the parent technique are force-selected and cannot be un-selected.
