ext for Bottle

I would expect there be to a bottle extension for opencensus-python.

Is it appropriate to use the flask middleware as a solution in the meantime?

Currently feeling stuck with how to get stack traces for my bottle application on azure.

No I haven't. I'm sure that I could get a minimal example working.

I'm more concerned about best practices and preventing unexpected behavior.

There's no extension for the bottle library currently so there are no best practices specifically for that use case. If you are interested in contributing one feel free to submit a PR :)
