Question: import JMX

This is not a bug report but a question about JMX interoperation.

Is there any way to import JMX metrics into opencensus?

We don't have that, but happy to work with the community to make it happen.

@bogdandrutu what do you think about addressing metric collection once we have some sort of standard metrics definition -> https://github.com/census-instrumentation/opencensus-specs/issues/225 ? Let me know your thoughts.
