Docs: Icons example

Describe the bug The example in https://react-magma.cengage.com/version/4.9.1/api/icon-button/#testing does not work.

We should remove it. We should instead have an example of how we suggest using custom icons which is creating a component with the SVG and that gets passed to IconButton.
