Vertical Tabs: Ability to auto highlight tab as user scrolls (scrollspy)

Similar to what we want to achieve for our documentation site's On this Page navigation, the MAST team would like to request support for auto highlighting a tab as the user scrolls with the content.

Example: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/scrollspy/

The team would like this before April 2024 if possible.
