[Wind Waker HD/Twilight Princess HD] Lens flare effect

When played on console, the sun in these 2 games has a lens flare effect, but the same is not reproduced in Cemu. I know this effect is not emulated because of the framebuffer or something, but would it be possible to create a graphic pack that makes it work in these 2 games?

I believe that this effect is the only thing missing for the emulation of both games to be considered perfect.
