Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE - Static 60FPS Issues
I didn't see an issue for this, nor seen it mentioned anywhere, so I thought it might be worth making one. The 60 FPS mod for Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE causes many of the battle animations to run at double speed, which causes the cutscenes to finish prematurely. While it doesn't make the game unplayable, it does make battle a little incoherent at times, as it causes some damage numbers to not show up at all especially during long "session" combos. When an enemy is defeated, the missing damage numbers during a combo made it hard to tell if some characters were doing damage at all, and the monster will just "disappear" when defeated.
The double speed also affects the victory poses, screen transitions, many other things which make the game not play like it should. The 60 FPS mod just makes everything feel "off", which is subjectively important for a game that focuses on being flashy and over the top. While I know 60 FPS mods are tricky to make especially when game logic is tied to speed, I found that I personally have a more enjoyable experience at 30 FPS despite usually preferring higher framerates at the cost of some issues. Disregard this if it's simply not possible to fix, I didn't really look into any information on it before posting this.
Does this still happen with the latest graphic packs?
