(Elaborate) Refresh documentation for building Cemu on a Mac

I've had to make some adjustments to build Cemu on my Apple Silicon Mac, and when I saw someone else ask for help on this in Discord, I decided to publish my steps.

Not all the steps apply all of the time, so I've played around with the formatting to help with readability. Let me know if this is too much. If so, here's a simplified version of this PR: https://github.com/cemu-project/Cemu/pull/690.

Thanks for the feedback, @Tachi107! I wasn't aware of markdownlint and the standards behind it. I'll apply these fixes soon.

Also, based on what @Crementif said in Discord, I'll rework the formatting to:

• Separate the Intel and Apple Silicon sections.
• Have dependencies / preparation sections.
• Probably take out some or all of the emojis.

Hi Jonathan, I think I've reviewed this already a while back. As I don't own a Mac, I cannot test if your build instructions are actually correct, but can only give feedback about markdown formatting. If you follow markdownlint's guidelines, everything should be fine.

If you've pinged me to merge this, I'm not the right person to ping. I'm only an external contributor, sometimes.
