Generalised profile cleanup and corrections

Restores in game audio to some games that erroneously had shared libraries turned off but required them.

Closes #384

Adds missing Cabela's Big Game Hunter: Pro Hunts profile with correct workaround set. Removes extra lines unused sections added missing [Graphics] section to lego batman 2.

GPUBufferCacheAccuracy is no longer used. Could you remove that as well?

If profiles end up empty you can delete the .ini as a whole
