Vulkan 1.4 and Nvidia crashes at least sm3dw

Current Behavior

With vulkan and the latest Nvidia driver (after 566.xx) with vulkan 1.4 introduced, cemu crashes while playing sm3dw at random, but usually more aggressive, filling up the log with "vkGetFenceStatus returned unexpected error -4"

There's been a couple of reports about it now and by doing a full DDU and reverting back to 566 drivers with vulkan 1.3 it's stable again.
