[Feature Request] Add an option to play the game's startup music

What I mean by that is this: Remember when you started a game on an actual Wii U and then you heard a jingle, sound or music while the game is starting up? It would be nice if Cemu played the startup sound/music when starting a game from the game list or if that's not a good option, at least let it play the sound/music when the Wii U menu starts up the game
