[Feature Request] Option to lock mouse and change sensitivity when using right click gamepad motion controls

Trying to use a mouse with Splatoon is unironically literally unplayable, even when using 3rd party software, the mouse doesn't lock and the X and Y sensitivity are unbalanced, and using mouse2joystick doesn't fix any of those problems since control sticks can't be as quick as motion controls.

Additionally, it should be possible to bind mouse buttons to gamepad buttons when the mouse is captured/locked like described in this issue; for example, to bind left click to ZR to shoot
