Is there any way to add Cyrillic letters to kif?

Yes you can add a new specialization similar to this: https://github.com/cemheren/akifkeyboard/blob/master/keyboardExtension/Specializations/English.swift

If you need autocomplete you need to add a frequency map file for the new keyboard you are adding.
