Popups to let users decide time period a blocked app should be allowed Internet access

A user says,

Hey, I've got another idea. What about this: I have blocked all apps in all categories and now I need to open any app that is blocked (from connecting) but as I open the app "BRAVE" displays a popup offering internet availability to that app for 5 min, 15 min, 30min and 1hr etc. This will be the best.

There is no such thing as too many popups...for this user.
