User feedback: IP and Port blocklists

Blacklist IP addresses (ranges) and ports (ranges).

  1. Let users block IPs and Ports they see in the Network Monitor screen.

  2. Provide a dedicated interface to choose IPs and Ports and show the existing rules, too, in addition to it.

  3. Consequently, an IPs and Ports whitelist is also required. This will be fun.

Please give us a country blocking option. Whole country aka China, Russia, Ukraine etc. I can help with the lists of ips if needed.

The 1,2, and 3 in the orig description have been impl and delivered with app releases over the past few months. v053k (Oct 2022) contains all 3 of those features.

Regarding blocking based on ASN / Geo-location, that's going to be tracked as a separate issue.
