v055m: WireGuard homescreen tile improvements

Also, a couple of enhancements:

• it would be cool if the WireGuard config name would be seen on the Home screen
• the status of WireGuard does not refresh in real-time on the Home screen. It updates only when onResume() is called — user should see the status in reactive/rx manner.
