Predefined rules for well-known apps

It would be nice if I could tap a button to apply a preset for a specific, well-known app. The preset could have been shared by other users through a GitHub issue. For example, a chat app has a lot to test (calls, videocalls, file sharing, location sharing, ...) but this feature would let users save time together.

Note that WhatsApp needs to bypass the DNS, so there should be a way to enable DNS in the per-app domain rules - or maybe this new presets feature could possibly apply changes to the Universal rules?
