Option to act as a DNS Server for LAN Devices

Hi there,

I am thinking to have an option to make rethink app to work as a native DNS Server for the devices available in my LAN. I know that's require port 53 which is only work for rooted devices.

Please consider this request.

Note: I went quickly over the open issues and I couldn't relate this request to any.

I am not aware of all details l, but apps like https://github.com/IngoZenz/personaldnsfilter Can actually work as DNS server in root mode.
