Ui to handle Accessibility Service permission as a "restricted" setting
This is a known feature in Android 13: if Google detects that the app is installed from a source other than the Play Store, it locks down the Accessibility settings for that app. However, you can manually change this. To do so, visit the App Info page for the Rethink app. From there, click on the top-right corner options menu and select 'Allow Restricted Settings.
