Domain rules shuffle bug

Domain rules is always laggy when scrolling, but domain order remains the same when adding/searching domain/scrolling.

In v55a scrolling, adding new domain, searching domain with search bar in Domain Rules now shuffled the domain order everytime.

Also hoping for some sorting option in Domain Rules.

Believe the same happens with "Apps" list #1085

i guess, but i don't know. Because scrolling/adding/searching/editing rule will resulted in something like this And the order would be randomized.

While in 1085, after opening specific app, going back to Apps control scroll it back to the top instead of staying in the selected app.

I don't know if its the same or not.
