Scroll bar invisible for Month and Year

Tried running test project on real device via Ionic View. Could not scroll down to pick months after july and other years below scroll limit.

In summary, month and year list isn't scrollable on device but visible on browser.

@celsomarques @chukwu use this templates.js instead of templates.min.js This will fix that scrolling issue.
