Allow paying for gas using cUSD/cEUR

Extend react-celo library to allow paying for gas using ERC20 (cUSD/cEUR).

Must demonstrate payment via Valora wallet.

Note: This will likely require a creative solution for interacting directly with Valora, or exploring Wallet Connect support for paying gas with an ERC-20.
