Expected Behavior

Shared multisig that distributes permissions across team/community

Current Behavior

Sharing privateKeys or auth to central VMs

CD key in multisig with with cLabs keys maybe prereq for CD automation (privileged approval key should not be compromised) maybe timelocked with alerting
