Change from `input.conf` is not reflected in Keyboard Shortcuts UI

Overview Description: I prepare and input.conf file with this content:

RIGHT seek  3              # seek 3 seconds forward
LEFT  seek -3                # seek 3 seconds backward 

UP seek 5
DOWN seek -5

Actual Results: This is my screenshot on Keyboards Shortcut UI

Expected Results: It would be cool if this can reflect the change in input.conf as well.

[Backward key symbol]/[Forward key symbol] Seek backward N seconds and forward N seconds
