hotkeys in fullscreen

Hi. Overview Description: When the 'load mpv input configuration file' option is enabled, some hotkeys (such as seek buttons) don't work in fullscreen mode.

Thanks, honestly, I couldn't build and test it yet, but the problem seems to have gone by redefining problematic hotkeys in the config file.
