Can't click an item under the "..." button in full-screen mode.
Overview Description: After clicking the "..." button in full-screen mode, in 1 or 2 second the top/bottom GUI recedes, closing the pop-up menu and then comes back. So, I cannot click an item on the pop-up menu.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open any video.
- Click the full-screen button.
- Click the "..." button next to the full-screen button.
Actual Results: The top UI goes up and and the bottom UI goes down in 1 or 2 seconds, and this closes the pop-up menu, and then the top/bottom UI reappear.

Expected Results: The UI should stay still until I click elsewhere or exit the full-screen mode.

It nags a little bit about "free slow download speed", but I think, for 18MB, 125KB/s limitation is not that bad (only takes over 1 minute to download). If you do not want to use that site and know a better free file share site, please let me know; I will upload the file there.
