playback resumes when bluetooth device disconnects

Overview

Removal of Bluetooth headset causes video to resume if paused. Resumption of playback should not occur when audio device changes, regardless of how the media was paused. (The current problem appears even if the pause method was not tied to the Bluetooth device.)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Begin playing video with audio routed to Bluetooth headset.
  2. Pause video through video window (e..g press space bar).
  3. Forcibly disconnect Bluetooth device (e.g. power down headset).

Actual Results

Playback resumes.

Expected Results

Playback remains paused.
