Overview

For each benchmarking test plan, we want to document the expected behavior of the system under benchmark, and the metrics that should be tracked and measured for each benchmarking scenario

An outlining of a specific plan on how to achieve clear and informed benchmarks for celestia nodes is on-going in the following document:

At the moment it only contains the scenario at hand (light nodes against one bridge node that is) and it tackles the specific metrics part.

The Non Functional Requirements part will come be defined as part of the test documentation and will be linked in this issue.
