Further scope out metrics

Metrics from the perspective of a Sequencer being a user of the DA-Network:

• DA cost per byte ( separation between how much they paid for the PFB and how much they paid for the blob)
• See if they paid more gas than was consumed ( to catch the overestimation of gas consumption )
• Current DA batch signer’s wallet balance
• Size of the blob per transaction
• Gas price
• List of submitted transactions and their status
