Running a custom code in knuu instance

Sometimes, test instances need to run a custom code and communicate some data to the propagator. Currently we can run some shell code on the instances as a workaround, but it would be great if we can have a simple mechanism to run a custom code in the instance or a sidecar which shares the same resources with the instance.
