show how to plug https://github.com/celestiaorg/celestia-core/blob/v0.34.x-celestia/rpc/openapi/openapi.yaml into editor.swagger.io maybe make a page with the specs from latest celestia-app version - not sure

hi @Mackenzie-OO7. ideally we would have some kind of site/page like node-rpc-docs.celestia.org, but for the celestia-app spec that are linked above, using something like swagger
