Add functionality to create tx load

Summary

The most often use case of the txsim is to simulate transaction load to a network.

Problem Definition

This is a bit cumbersome and repetitive and could be cleaned up.

Proposal

Add a generic load function which wraps the txsim and takes a size and generates that much in transactions
