Adding support for displaying timeline, phases on info page

The core code should be ready for use, just need to add support on UI. Design needed.

This will make spacecraft add-ons easier to use.

• [ ] Basic: show it in plain as part of the Info
• [ ] Advanced: Adding a time line control (slider) to quickly change time

Finally! This new feature is probably far superior than the Spacecraft Go-to script for desktop 1.5/1.6 versions. Probably for the slider, a feature similar to a timestamp would be helpful in marking phases defined in the Timeline block

This would also be useful not just for spacecraft, but on every Solar System object that has a Timeline feature present (e.g the Earth Impactors, geologic history, etc.)

updated the design a bit, since this now is based on a custom control instead of the default material slider. it does not have a thumb or label
