Rm useless files

Remove 3 useless files:

1. .editorconfig: This file shouldn't exist in git because it is specific to the editor used by the original developper
2. .travis.yml is no longer used since we use blacksmith
3. appveyor.yml is no longer used since we use blacksmith with tox
