when "Schedule changed" occurs many times，the other task to the point was not executed

Detailed information
I have a task at 17:00, but I found that it was not executed. I looked at the log and found that there were many "Schedule changed" operations at that time point. I was thinking, was it because of the "Schedule changed" that the task at 17:00 was not executed?
