Add quick access tool bar 添加快速访问工具条

That is there any way to add a quick access bar for those windows which could change transparency? 是否可以直接在指定的窗口边上加个sider来控制窗口的透明度？

There was an nVidia tool (windows XP) has similar function. At that time, the tool is for nVidia only.
