Add model fits to DOY plot

Model fit currently only shown for TS (sequential date) plot.

Re-implement display of model fit in DOY plot (was implemented in prior version).

Use optimally placed legend/reduce legend text so that plot data is not obscured in cases with model segments/breaks. Option to turn on/off.
