implement usb gamepad control

For human-controlled flight. The python client scans available USB devices for game controllers & lets you select one. We can be far more primitive at first.

Goal would be to write one control program that demonstrates how to hook up joystick wiggles with copter behavior.

Lower priority because the focus of this library is software-controlled flight.
