Some node-usb functions wrapped by aerogel are no longer available in node-usb.

Newer versions of node-usb have removed startStream and stopStream which are directly called in usbstream.js so aerogel no longer works with current node-usb versions. Reverting to an earlier version of node-usb (i.e. 0.3.11) makes node-usb incompatible with recent versions of node (i.e. 4.2.3+).
