Transparency gl-flags don't use alpha-testing, and export incorrectly

I've made an attempt to fix these problems in a fork. I've tested it and it works, but I recommend reviewing and checking this before merging anything. Commit history is also a bit sloppy. https://github.com/unelsson/osgexport
