Links to code files should open in GitHub source code viewer

Currently, when we click on the sample code link in the online book, the web browser will open the file as raw plain text. Therefore, the code display is losing syntax highlighting.

The book should link the code file to the book GitHub repo and use GitHub to render the source code.
