Second pass granule data access links

Summary

As a	Onestop user
I want to be able to	click on data access links and get the data I'm interested in
So that I can	I can leverage all the links in the appropriate client

Tasks

• [ ] Change label for granule link from XML to 'Metadata' or 'JSON' and point to the parsed representation for consistency
• [ ] S3 links should not be clickable but maybe copy and pasteaable
• [ ] Show if the storage tier is Archive or other "type" (but don't trigger a retrieval)
• [ ] Offer a raw JSON endpoint
