Ensure matching vertical coordinates

Latitude, longitude and time coordinates are all checked for consistency before collocation, but the units of the vertical coordinate aren't. CIS should check the units are the same, and if they aren't, but are convertible, then convert them. (E.g. hPa -> Pa or km -> m).

(The data points should be converted to match the sample points)
