shine does not detect some obvious filesystems hangs

We had a case the filesystem was obviously blocked because the MDS was in a bad state. Even a single "ls" (without -l) on the filsystem root was blocking. But for shine everything was fine, "shine status" did not report any error.

Maybe it could be useful to test "ls" on FS root to check metadata effective responsiveness, and "df" or "lfs df" to check OSS response.
