Теперь ошибка в `--confirmation-reports-` - он вам пишет что есть `--confirmation-reports-dir`, а что такое `--confirmation-reports-` не знает С activity аналогично

1. Вы открывали\редактировали сохранненные csv отчеты? 2. Вы выгружали их как в инструкции написано, на английском языке?

Да, можно попробовать - там в ошибке что-то про cp1251 - это кодировка, мог редактор поменять на нее, я ожидал там ascii или utf-8. Если не получится - это что-то...
