Hi, this is Oguro from SUSMED Inc. A member of Clinical Medicine team in JST/CREST "Trusted quality AI systems" project. We have created a demo clinical medicine data analysis example.

This example was created on top of , presenting how exogenous, endogenous, and sink variables can be used to hypothesize personalized risk factors and their pathways according to their background (exogenous) variable.

We hope this example can show how the lingam package can be utilized to analyze clinical medicine data.
