Update BOM

The BOM is listed as v1.1. Please review an rename to V2.0 if this is what you want in git.

Are there updates to the BOM XLS file that are not in the Google Docs spreadsheet? I'd like to remove all spreadsheet files from git except for the *.csv file that is actually exported by KiCad.

Any other changes in this commit that need to be merged? I've been tweaking on the PCB and Schematic files, so there are lots of file conflicts everywhere and it's hard to tell what actually changed.
