Would like to have a component for a GC standard splash page.

Used as an entry point to any site or application. Generally it's required if a language isn't determined.

A single (bilingual) component that leverages the existing components to build a structured and consistent splash page box where language can be selected, with links to T&C, using GC branding. Would like to optionally add a title for each language, that might identify what site or application splash page the user has landed on. Would like the option to swap which language comes first. Providing a background image could be optional, or default to same canada.ca auto rotating backgrounds.
