On the Header component, there is a skip-to-nav slot that one can use to create a custom "Skip to" navigation link.

While the Header component provides a skip-to-href which can be used to provide a custom href for the "Skip to main content" to go to, the only way to change the wording of the link would be to provide custom HTML to be used in the skip-to-nav slot.

A more straightforward way to recreate or customize the HTML using this slot would improve usability.

A user has reported that they want the Skip To link to say "Skip to About government"
