Apostrophe breaking title and causing failed checks

There are different types of apostrophes, but at the moment using anything but ’ will break the title, causing the checks to fail in Github after content is added to Strapi.

Max has identified this as a bug, and suggests we fix it so that both ’ and ' work when publishing content.
